Grand Trunk Road

Daewoo Express Bus Service and other bus services operate from the city to the entire country. There is a regular bus / Hiace service available running from early hours of the morning to late in the night. Daily routes include Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Jhelum, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Mandi Bahauddin, Sargodha, Chakwal, Mirpur and Faisalabad.

 

 

 

Rail Road Network

The region is also covered with the railroad network in all of its main towns.Gujrat Railway Station is located in Gujrat city, Gujrat district of Punjab province, Pakistan an important station in Karachi–Peshawar Railway Line. The railway station serves the city of Gujrat and its surroundings. Almost all the passenger trains that run between Lahore and Rawalpindi make a stop in this station.Gujrat is on main line of Pakistan Railways, and linked to whole country through Railway line across Pakistan. Many of the railway lines and bridges were designed and constructed by exceptionally hardworking engineers during the British time and after independence in railway workshop Gujrat

 

 

Link Road

Gujrat is disengaged with north by a rivulet on its northern border whereas Jalalpur Jattan is detached with south by another rivulet on its southern border. In between these two cities are villages of Moin-ud-Din Pur, Sook Kalan, Sook Khurd, Shah Jahanian, Kala Chak, Hafiz Hayat, Ikhlas Garh, Maroof, and Kheewa etc. The road connects these villages with the district. Other link roads include Mandi Bahauddin Road, Bhimber Road, Shadiwal Road and Tanda Road.
